Kevin Brady

CEO, Performance Arts

Kevin Brady founded Newbury Franklin Performance Arts with a simple belief: that the performing arts can shape lives, build confidence, and strengthen communities. That belief comes from his own childhood, growing up in a home filled with music. Kevin learned guitar and singing at a young age, is currently learning to play piano, and is also enjoying watching his children discover the power of music.

Kevin began his career in investment banking at Bank of America before moving into private equity at The Wicks Group. His shift from investor to operator at Little Sprouts—where he served as CFO & Head of Business Development—gave him firsthand experience supporting mission-driven organizations and seeing the impact that passionate educators can have on families.

Newbury Franklin Performance Arts brings together Kevin’s lifelong love of music and his experience helping organizations grow. He set out to build a platform that supports performing arts programs and educators while empowering students to grow in confidence, find community, and express themselves creatively.

Kevin holds a B.S. in Finance from Boston College and lives in Franklin Lakes, NJ, with his wife and three children—each already adding their own voices to the family soundtrack.
